Diabetes is a very much talked ailment of recent time. Many people across the world suffer from this disease. A person becomes diabetic when the blood sugar level becomes high. This will help in keeping the blood glucose level within limit. Diet alone might not be helpful in treating the blood sugar level alone. Overweight is one of the reasons for diabetes specially the Type 2, in most of the people. It is better to do exercises regularly along with a proper diet chart.
